Cloud & DevOps

Infrastructure, CI/CD and 24/7 monitoring

We build resilient cloud infrastructure and set up a DevOps culture: infrastructure as code, CI/CD, Kubernetes, autoscaling and observability. Less downtime, faster releases, a lower cloud bill.

Infrastructure is only noticed when it fails. The job here is to make sure it doesn’t — and that shipping a new version takes minutes and stops being an event the team dreads. We set up servers, automated deployment, monitoring and backups, and leave clear documentation rather than a black box.

Who it’s for

Projects that are growing

Load is up, the server struggles, and every release turns into a night-time operation.

Teams without a DevOps engineer

Developers spend their time on servers instead of the product, and the knowledge lives in one person’s head.

Businesses with uptime requirements

Downtime costs money: you need backups, monitoring and a recovery plan that has actually been tested.

What’s included

Infrastructure as code

Reproducible environments on Terraform, no manual setup.

CI/CD pipelines

Automated builds, tests and deploys on every commit.

Kubernetes and autoscaling

Orchestration, scaling under load, zero-downtime releases.

24/7 monitoring and alerts

Metrics, logs, tracing and incident notifications.

How we work

  1. 01

    Audit

We review the current infrastructure, bottlenecks, risks and cost, and check what happens when each node fails.

    You get

A report with risks and a plan

  2. 02

    Plan

We design the target setup: environments, network, access, redundancy and a cloud budget.

    You get

    Infrastructure diagram and quote

  3. 03

    Implementation

We describe the infrastructure as code and set up CI/CD, containers, autoscaling and backups.

    You get

Automated deploys instead of manual ones

  4. 04

    Monitoring

We wire up metrics, logs and alerts, set up on-call and rehearse a restore from backup for real.

    You get

    Alerts before your customers notice

  5. 05

    Operations

We keep the infrastructure healthy, update dependencies and optimise cloud spend.

    You get

    A predictable bill and uptime

Timeline and cost

Cost

Timeline
3–10 weeks

An audit with a plan starts at $12,000. Cost depends on the number of services and environments, resilience requirements and whether you are migrating or building from scratch.

Frequently asked questions

How much does infrastructure and CI/CD setup cost?

An audit with a plan starts at $12,000; a full rollout with automated deployment, monitoring and backups starts at $20,000. The precise figure depends on the number of services and your resilience requirements.

Do we have to move to the cloud?

No. Sometimes it is cheaper to stay on your own servers and fix the process instead. We cost out both options against your actual volume and show the numbers rather than recommending cloud by default.

What happens if a server goes down at night?

An alert fires, traffic moves to a standby node and the on-call engineer is notified. We rehearse the recovery plan before launch rather than hoping the backup restores.

Will we be able to maintain it ourselves?

Yes. The infrastructure is described as code and documented, access is handed to you and we train your team. If you prefer, we keep it under an SLA.
