Support & Growth
Product maintenance and legacy rescue
We take a product under our wing — one we built or one you inherited. Monitoring and SLA, bug fixing, security updates, legacy audit and refactoring, and feature growth delivered in sprints.
A product lives longer than the project that created it: dependencies age, load grows and developers move on. This service covers everything after release — monitoring and response under SLA, bug fixes, security updates and continued development. We take on both the products we built and the ones you inherited.
Who it’s for
Companies without a team
The developer left, the product still runs and still needs attention: updates, fixes, answers to incidents.
Owners of legacy systems
The code was written years ago, there is no documentation, and every change risks breaking what works.
Businesses with uptime requirements
Downtime costs money; you need guaranteed response times and clear accountability.
What’s included
Monitoring and SLA
Uptime, alerts, on-call duty and an agreed response time.
Audit and refactoring
We read someone else’s code, fix the architecture and clear tech debt.
Security and updates
Dependency patches, vulnerability fixes and backups.
Product growth
New features in sprints — without stopping the running system.
How we work
- 01
Audit
We get into the code and infrastructure and surface the risks: vulnerabilities, missing backups, bottlenecks.
You getA report with risks and a quarterly plan
- 02
Stabilisation
We close the dangerous gaps first: backups, monitoring, critical security updates.
You getThe product under observation
- 03
Ground rules
We agree response times by incident type and set up channels and on-call duty.
You getAn SLA and a clear procedure
- 04
Maintenance
We fix bugs, update dependencies, watch uptime and own the incidents.
You getA monthly report of the work done
- 05
Growth
We retire technical debt step by step and add features in sprints, without stopping the running system.
You getA product that grows instead of freezing
Timeline and cost
Maintenance starts at $1,200 per month; a one-off audit with a plan starts at $3,000. Cost depends on the size of the product, the response times you need and the volume of planned work.
Build an estimate in the calculator →How we do it
We start with an audit: what works, where the risks are and what to fix first. Then a quarterly plan and a clear report after every sprint. For products we built ourselves, technical support is lifetime and included by default.

Frequently asked questions
How much does product support cost?
Maintenance starts at $1,200 a month and covers monitoring, response under SLA, bug fixes and security updates. A one-off audit with a report and plan starts at $3,000. For products we built ourselves, bug fixing is free and has no expiry.
Will you take on a product you didn’t build?
Yes, that is the usual case. We start with an audit of the code, infrastructure and risks, then quote. If the product is in bad shape we will tell you honestly whether maintaining or rebuilding is the better spend.
What does the SLA cover?
Agreed response times by incident type — critical outage, partial failure, routine task — plus monitoring with alerts, on-call duty and a monthly report of what was done.
What if the developer vanished and we have no access?
We help you regain control: locate where the product is hosted, recover access to the domain, servers and repositories through the legal owner, and move everything onto your own accounts.
